Andy (VP of Operations)

Personal:

Andy is a very relational person and loves to build teams by working side by side with the team members in all areas of the business, Andy played competitive baseball from age 8 through 16 and is also an avid golfer. He has served his church for over 16 years in a leadership position and also serves as a chaplain for two local police departments Andy is married with one son.

Professional:

Andy has always been a hard worker and has been fascinated with business from an early age. He has been a successful business owner of four different companies and attributes that success to hiring good employees and taking care of them. He has been a business and personal mentor to a number of men and brings strengths in operations, finance, customer service, and construction to our team.

Favorite Part of the Job:

Andy’s favorite part of the job is working as a team during unfortunate emergencies in someone’s life and administering the trust, care, and compassion to our customers, giving them a sense of resolution and peace.

Matt Furry

Matt is our Production Manager here at Team Edwards. He loves spending time with his family in his free time. He has been in the restoration industry for 3+ years. One of his favorite things about being a part of Team Edwards is that it is one team working towards one common goal. 

Zack Neahusan

Zack is our Construction Manager. Zack has worked in various background during his career, ranging from high end restaurant management to marine construction project management. No matter the background, Zack's approach is always the same. He works relentlessly to provide the best customer experience and produce the highest quality of work possible. When he is not working, he prefers to spend time with his wife and three kids, fish offshore, or go back to his local beach. Zack loves the culture, mission, and values of SERVPRO Team Edwards. He love the fact the owners have surround him with qualified, passionate co-workers who exemplify ever aspect of teamwork.

Mandy Holt

Mandy is our Lead JFC. Mandy and her husband Kenny live in Raleigh with their beagle Charlie. They have two grown daughters, and enjoy spending their spare time gardening or at the beach.

Mandy is IICRC certified in water, and was previously a notary. Her f favorite thing about being at Team Edwards is that she gets ti make an impact in every day in someone else’s life.

Ray Martinez

Ray is one of our technicians. Ray loves working on cars, traveling, learning new skills and listening to podcasts. Ray has 2+ years doing abatement, HVAC, and technical recruiting. He also has some experience in roofing, siding, and interior trim. His favorite part about being on Team Edwards is the clear communication. He also enjoys that every day is a new adventure and he loves that management cares for their employees.

Dawn Boggs

With over 25 years in customer service, Dawn has the skills and knowledge to assist you with any service needs. When she is not working, she loves to travel, spend time baking, reading and spending time with her two boys.

Thomas Shelton

Technician

Personal:

Thomas has a soothing personality that customers appreciate, especially during a time of need.  He is a former professional bass player and recording artist, playing many professional venues across the country during his career.

Professional:

Thomas is a graduate of Virginia Union University in Richmond, V.A.  He has over 25 years in the construction arena.  From water mitigation and cleanup to painting and drywall, Thomas can handle it.  He embodies the spirit of SERVPRO's mantra, "We're Here to Help."

Favorite Part of the Job:

Thomas's favorite part of the job is finding ways to transform a customer's problem into a solution.  He is passionate about providing amazing customer service.
